    General Information
  • Check in for day camp will take place on Monday, July 14th at 8:15 A.M.
  • Camp ends at 3:00 PM each day. Pick up will be 3:00-3:15 PM
  • Suggested clothing and equipment:
         athletic socks, sneakers, soccer shoes, shorts,
         T-shirt, sweatshirt, water bottle, snack and lunch
  • One beverage at lunch will be provided free of charge
  • Your cancelled check confi rms your enrollment.
  • A complete information packet with final details and parental consent/medical form will be sent to you in early July.

  • Each player must complete the parental consent-medical form and bring it with them to camp. No camper will be allowed to participate without a completed application and parental consent-medical form.
  • In case of illness or injury, family insurance must be used.
